My husband and I went in looking to trade in his truck for a new one. Chris was so thorough and very honest. We love how transparent they are about everything. They were completely upfront and Chris worked hard to make sure we got the best deal possible. We will be going back there when we are ready for a new car next and hope to have Chris help us again! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new 2016 Edge at Framingham Ford. The salesman Bob Quinton couldn't have been more helpful. He explained everything, let me test drive several cars, was very patient with me as I tried to decide exactly what I wanted. For me buying a car has never been a pleasant experience, however this time was the exception, this one time I can honestly say was quite enjoyable,. Everyone I met at the dealership, Dana, Jason, Bob even the receptionist  were extremely friendly and seemed to really care that I got the car that I wanted. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Ford or Lincoln to stop in and experience what car buying really should feel like.

I have been a customer with Framingham Ford through out many years. Not only are the vehicles great but a better part is being able to deal with the most awesome, caring, honest, relaxing employees.They all make sure to put you first, no matter what you need or want. No Stress...Just A Brand New Awesome Car or Truck!!! I so love my new Ford Fusion and my guys...Jason...Brian..Steve...I will be back  with more Donuts soon!!!

That was my first time I brought my car to this dealership just for oil change and tire rotation and I was very happy with my choice.  My appointment was at 9 am and my car was taken for service at exact time and returned  even earlier than estimated time. And that was Saturday, when more people come for service than on weekdays. Service advisers were very polite, friendly and caring. They answered and explained  all my technical questions about my car. 
Besides that I was very impressed by dealership appearance. Spacious, clean and nice inside, and in addition to this big choice of snacks at coffee station.
Thanks a lot and I will definitely come to Framingham dealership  for my future needs.

I just recently bought a Ford Escape car from Framingham Ford for the first time. Great service. Great dealership. Great price!! The sales team (especially Chris!!) was very helpful throughout the entire process, which was much appreciated considering I am not the most knowledgeable about the different Ford models. So thank you Framingham Ford!!!
