Love the items and have bought a lot online and also at this location. Staff is horrible. Always someone at the register looking like they hate you. No staff says hello that is working the floor. I was there tonight looking for a new jacket for my daughter and there was an associate working that area and never said hello to my daughter, wife, or my self.  When we were checking out the cashier never said he could help us or greeted us in any way.  After we checked out he asked if we wanted a bag and then handed my wife the bag and she folded the jacket and bagged it herself.  Didn’t wish us a good night or thank us for shopping there.

What's not to like? Been shopping online for a long time. They have a pretty decent selection of gear/clothing/shoes at excellent prices. If your in the Natick area and you need outdoor gear this is well worth the stop.

Their online selection is WAY better than whats in store. Nobody says hello. Just EMS renamed for the most part. Small square footage. Not impressed at all.

Was there on opening day. Store was not packed with customers yet saw 5 employees engaged in conversation. Thought was weird but went back another time and was ignored. Made a comment to supervisor on duty and she could care less. Even their online prices are similar to REI closeouts. I'd rather shop there, better service and 1 year to return if need.

Been shopping at this place online for ages, so I was so excited to see a physical store in the area! Good outdoor clothing and equipment. Great brands with closeout prices. Look online for coupon codes...
