I had the absolute pleasure of working with Derek Torres. When I arrived at the dealership I was incredibly stressed and frantically trying to search for the right car. I had already been to several dealerships, and I did not feel comfortable with any of the suggestions made. As soon as I met Derek, he made me feel at ease and I immediately felt like I could trust him. Derek understood that while I had a budget, I wanted a specific type of a car. He was patient, kind, well-informed and overall very helpful. In the end, we decided to go with a reasonably priced 2017 black Equinox which I couldn’t be more thrilled about. I would highly recommend everyone to purchase their automobile from Direct Auto Mall, and ask for Derek!

I know very little about cars and I've never shopped for one on my own so I was pretty intimated walking into a setting that is notorious for having high pressure and sketchy schemes. I met Raphael right when I got on site and immediately felt at ease. He asked a lot of questions, and let me make decisions based off his suggestions. He worked with my budget and just overall made the process so easy and enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back here when my next car is up!

I had wonderful experience talking to Raphael. He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and I feel like he was able to understand where I was at in my car search. Although I did not end up buying at that moment I may end up going back once I figure things out because his customer service was top notch. I definitely would tell any of my friends searching for a car that he is the guy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Osvaldo was absolutely wonderful!  He took the time to explain every detail of the car to me and got me the best deal possible to fit my budget. I appreciate everything he did for me. I never felt pressured or as if I had to buy anything extra. Top notch service. I would definitely recommend him if you go to Direct Auto MAll!!!!

To begin, I live in Maryland, right outside Washington, D.C.  I was interested in buying a 2016 Audi A7 and searched the entire country for the vehicle in White.  I found the car at Direct Auto Mall for an unbelievable price and immediately contacted the dealership.  I made arrangements to fly to Boston and test drive the car with the hopes of buying it and driving it home the same day.  When I arrived, at the dealership, I was met by Jeff who had the car warm and ready for the test drive.  I fell in love with the car and was disappointed to learn that the state of Massachusetts does not issue temporary tags, which meant I could not drive the car home.  Needless to say, I was disappointed.  DAM felt bad and agreed to help with shipping the car to my house.  Going through financing was a breeze because Felipe is a true professional and I had my own financing lined up.  I left the dealership without the car and flew back home anticipating the day it would be delivered to my house.  It arrived on Thursday afternoon and I took it to get it inspected.  It failed the inspection because of a cut in the tire.  I notified the dealership and they agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the tire.  My experience with this dealership leads me to say, I would recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a quality used car.  Jeff, Greg and the management team were true to their word on everything they promised and I appreciate their support and professionalism.  Jeff went above and beyond on this deal and was instrumental in making things happen.  Thanks to DAM for a great car buying experience!
