SEPTA needs to do a better job with maintenance and cleanliness of the Frankford Station. It has been about 8 years since I have had to take a bus. FILTHY!!!!! You are so quick to go on strike when you are demanding an increase , but how about providing better service to the public!!!!! You are so quick to inconvenience the commuters when you so conveniently do this. The commuters should boycott riding SEPTA for a whole month. But that will never happen because you are the ONLY means of public transportation in this city. Shame on you SEPTA!!!!! I cant wait for my car to come out the shop. Better yet, getting a rental is looking like a better and safer choice, at this time.

Nasty, nasty, nasty. Homeless ppl everywhere. Boys everywhere wanting to sell you something. Can't get through the door to go inside without them all in the way. Don't feel safe or comfortable walking inside or outside the place. Some of the workers are nice. Others have bad attitudes.

What a trash can of a place. It reeks of urine in the morning, there are homeless stinky bums and drug users lounging on benches at all times, there is no spot in sight that does not have spit on it, green chunks of phlegm. Absolutely disgusting. Toilets are always either clogged with 💩 and toilet paper or are closed for no reason or cleaning. Cleaning means that SEPTA just doesn't want people to use them because during "cleaning", restrooms have no cleaning staff in them. On occasions the restrooms are open, and you find a stall without human waste in it, there will be no toilet paper. There will also be no paper towels for drying your hands. The upside is SEPTA staff who are kind and courteous. I ride the Blue Line every day, and every day I gag as I walk through the areas leading to the building itself. This place requires a hazmat suit to walk through it.

To many homeless people harrasing you for cigs or yrying to sell you loose cigs .to many unruly students . you cant even sit at a bench because its full of people who arent even getting on a bus. It could be better. It should be better.

Busses leave when they want, never when the schedule says. Alot of homeless people. Staff who work there ALWAYS seem angry at the world.
