Just spent several hours in the Trailways bus station in Philadelphia. The staff was so helpful to everyone! Patricia who was calling out the next bus, and having them line up, spoke clearly and kindly, and made sure people were getting on the right bus. A woman moving cargo from one bus to another was polite and efficient as she wove carefully between many people. Being polite and not appearing irritated. When someone getting off a bus looked confused as to where to go next someone wearing their uniform and name tag would ask if they needed help. Because I was there for several hours I had plenty of time to observe that this was the hallmark of the employees there, well done to this company, service truly is your middle name!

Station was very clean. Greyhound employees were extremely courteous and clearly announced all departure messages. There was one disruptive person in the terminal and the staff handled her with a great deal of professionalism.

3 stars for getting to Pittsburg on time. But the bus had black mold and water damage. Pics were sent to me by my loved one coming from Philly.

Clean well lit station Courteous ticket agents. Driver to.Pittsburgh was a real.professional I asked his name and he said operator Brown. He spoke to everyone asking.them.to please come.back and ride.Greyhound again
