I appreciate Dr. Josephine's quick response and have revised my review to reflect that.

I am disappointed the glass started fracturing where it meets the bridge, (2nd pair of frameless glasses with the same failure point).

I don't hold Franklin Family Eyecare responsible for the manufacturers faulty design and short warranty period; however I am angry at being told that my expensive, carefully handled glasses lasting only 2 years is "pretty good" and I shouldn't expect much more.

An acceptable response would have been, "Frameless glasses are vulnerable to fracturing due to their design. We recommend glasses with a frame which should not experience this issue."

I believe my point has been received and updated the review accordingly.

Not a fan. First appointment was fine I explained what i needed and the doctor was patient while i tried multiple contacts. They said to come back in. week for follow up which i did but they kept me waiting over half hour past my appointment time and we’re so disorganized about what to do for my follow up.   staff is nice but not over friendly just civil. Not sure I’m coming back.

The doctor and staff are so friendly. They saw my daughter even though I was late , they understand the situation.  No waiting. Great service

I got eye exam there August 4, and it was good experience. They are so kind and nice. But now already Aug 30, I am still waiting for my glasses.  They even have not called me why it takes so long time. I paid full when I placed the order of my glaases.

I was exceedingly pleased with my experience at Franklin Family Eyecare. Dr Ngong-Tawe was pleasant and very thorough with my examination, explaining everything clearly. She discerned that my present prescription was actually incorrect, a fact I had tried to tell the doctor who prescribed my glasses to no avail. Her discovery gave me validity and my vision back. I would definitely recommend her practice.
