Awful, absolutely awful.  The nurse phone line goes straight to V/M and they outsource the scheduling of their appointments to an agency not in the building.  Tried to reach a human that could help me get a prescription to medication prior to going on a business trip for the week.  Called over 5 times with no success and no return calls.  I now have the worst breakout with no medication to remedy it (they didnt even provide samples) and I STILL havent received a call back 4 days later.  Will definitely be going somewhere else.  What a waste of money and time.  Inept office.

I would not go back there. I have never before gone to a dermatologist that refuses to do a skin check for skin cancer, particarlu for a red headed, blue eyed, fair skinned, middle aged, person who has a family history of skin cancers!  And this isi from the head of the department, who is training medical students, interns and residents at a teaching hospital practice.  The office staff was also not extremely helpful.

Do not go here! Worst staff ever! Refused to take my copay now I have a pending bill in the mail. My child was seen by a PA without our knowledge who gave the worst advice. Then We spoke with the resident the whole time. Go somewhere else!

OMG I don't know where to begin really ..once you go their get ready to wait for ever ..I went a few times and I told her that I am still having the same problem(dandruff). The doctor told that nothing she can do because the medication she gave it should work!!very disappointed... Their bill processes is another pain basically stay away !! I had to give them one star but deserve 0 .

I’m sorry, but this has been awful, there is too many resident doctors coming to see me  everytime I visit. I get that they are learning, but how are they ever suppose to know if there is improvement on my face when I have to explain my situation to a different person each and every time. The actual Dr. Pappert, she comes in for like 5 seconds and I feel like there is no passion in her practice.  The service here is terrible and they aren’t really helping my situation. I feel like I’m being neglected and it’s horrible. When did patient-doctor care become so minimal?
