Update: They now have 5 stars because I have not had to deal with anyone but the wonderful and nice staff! Love this place!... Crossing my fingers that the GM still reads these!!! Almost everyone there is amazing! From Andrea, sales agent (5 stars!), the gentleman that deals with the loner and rental cars (5 stars) to Frank the head tech (5 stars). The one and only gripe I have is with the sales director, Chris Lewis. Not sure if he was having a bad week or what but when it came to a certain issue with my vehicle he treated me as if I were a complete idiot. When I let him know that I was more than knowledgeable in the subject we were speaking of, he kept saying, "Well, I don't know what you've done to the car in the past 8 months!!" (I had purchased it, certified used with 14,500 mi, in Oct) as if I would sabotage my own vehicle that I had already paid for in full! In one pop! Not only did he speak down to me in this manner on the phone but also at his desk on the floor in front of everyone. To top it off, one of the salesmen walked up and sat down while I was actually in the middle off a sentence, didn't even acknowledge me, and began speaking with Mr. Lewis. He found this humorous and began helping the salesman in the middle of our conversation. It was extremely disrespectful and although my mother is looking for a new car, I'm no longer recommending the Altima to her, based solely on this experience. Frank and Andrea ended up helping me, while treating me with the utmost respect. I made sure to let the sales manager know that he should be more respectful to his customers or he may end up costing his employees actual sales and/or bad marks on their surveys. He thanked me, as insincerely as possible, for my feedback and made a point to make a snide comment about me in front of sales people and customers as I exited the building. Fred Anderson, along with all it's wonderful employees, deserves 5 stars all day, everyday. But sadly this single individual (and protege salesman) who happens to be a boss to many of them, only deserves 1. I hope his week gets better because it definitely seems like he needs it. 🤔

The cars are adequate, and a few staff members are nice. However most of the people I've dealt with are horrible. I was misled when purchasing (told one price, and a few other things and after 3.5 hours turns out they'd lied). On more than one occasion the service department has told me that I needed repairs (but turns out I didn't) then when I have said I'll get another opinion they imply I'm poor. Some of the worst service and treatment I've ever seen. Do yourself a favor, any recommendations they give you, get another opinion from a trusted source. They want that money and have lied to get it. It's clean and certainly has plenty of cars on the lot, but the people are terrible.

My Nissan sucks bit the service department is good. They know they sold me a.lemon so they are kind. No recall. Nothing they can do. I'll never.buy a.nissan again. Too bad they aren't.still Datsun. Those were good cars!

Nice place to visit for a potential car to replace my current vehicle. Both salesman and manager gave considerable time to meet each others' need. Even though we could not agree at the time a future visit is possible.

Love my car, HATE the way I was treated while I was purchasing my lease. The manager made me feel like I was a complete idiot. This being my first large purchase, I’m completely new to this stuff and was truly doing my best to make sure I had accommodated everything I needed to finish up business with Fred Anderson. He was rude to me and my grandfather and I was very displeased with our whole interaction. However our sales consultant was very nice and professional, a guess there’s always one bad apple in every bunch.
