The employees are helpful and pleasant. The checkout systems all work well & efficiently, whether self checking or using the cashier checkouts. Prices are competitive with the next nearest grocery, which is Safeway. Safeway has gone downhill since Albertson's took control. The staff is lacking in good customer care skills, there are frequently too few staff in help to help on most areas. I've gradually shifted my shopping from Safeway to Fred's because I no longer felt like a valued customer.

Great Freddy's store.  Shopped there for 20 yrs.  They keep employees for a long time.  Lots of Organic and Commercial choices set up nicely.   Always a fun time w/ all of us that live in the neighborhood. Best Freddy's around.  But wish they would use the Upper level for clothes again.

I like the weird, Lego-like carts. I dislike the layout greatly. I've never been more lost trying to find soy-free meatless burgers while doging hipster families on Adderall loading up on hop brewed organic cider. Where the **** is the cereal? This place makes me crazy in the face.

The layout is weird and takes a few visits to get used to. The bottle drop outside has multiple issues and it's kind of difficult to get the staff to take care of them. The deals at this location are usually pretty good. Never really had a problem with their groceries. The bathrooms are kinda gross and usually full of vagrants taking bird baths in the sinks. It's in a convenient location. It has parking also.
