Fred Meyer did an amazing job soldering, rhodium plating, and resizing my wedding ring! They did it so fast and I'm so happy with the results!

Went in looking at rings. After looking at several, I found one that I liked. Compared it to several before making my decision. The sale price was right on the holder that this ring, like about every ring. Right before I was to pick this ring, the salesperson went to the computer and comes back and tells me that the ring was in the wrong holder. It is actually more money!! Now, I don't work there, and i am not the one that put it in the wrong holder. They would NOT honor the price that they have shown me several times. What BULLSHIT!! How do people stay in business doing this kind of stuff.

The store manager at Fred Meyer is top notch! My husband and I bought our wedding rings here and will not buy from any other jewelry store due to the excellence in customer service the provide!
