Ken was so helpful today! We went in wanting somehow that did not exactly exist and he worked with us to find a solution. We were offered a free cleaning upon arrival, such a nice touch! In addition, he followed up with us within a matter of hours for something he told us might have taken 48 which was great! We needed an appraisal for a piece we bought somewhere else and had issues with the jeweler, but Binh took the time to do it for us at no charge making sure we had all he necessary information. We will definitely be back and will recommend!

I loooooooooved it there I helped a sales man with a customer pick and engagement ring it's was a beautiful rose gold. They were a great help to me in picking out earrings and a necklace for my mom and grandma. They absolutely loved it to me they were kind hearted and so so so sweet. I'm going to continue Still in with them. 👑💍

My fiance and I went and picked out my wedding band. Initally everything was great. The customer service was good and we picked out a ring. They told us it would arrive in 3-4 weeks. 4 days later we get a call saying the ring is in. We go to pick it up and it is all scratched up and looks horrible. We tell them we don't want it. I want a ring that doesn't scratch (even though they said this one wouldn't scratch). So we pick out another ring and they say its out of stock but they can call us in a couple hours and let us know when they can get it in. 2 days later we hadnt heard from them so when we call them and they have no idea what we are talking about...

Went into the store with a very high request. Needed my jewelry fixed and polished ASAP. Ken was amazing and took care of everything amd in a timely manner. They have a long life costumer now!

Their customer service initially seemed great! I was very excited to have a ring specially made for me. Where the flaw was, is they told me it would be in on January 11th. I went up to the store today, and the ring was nowhere to be found. I asked the manager to look for the ring and let me know exactly when it would be in. He got nasty with me, and said he would call me when he found out something. He called me back to inform me he called corporate, and they called the vendor and are waiting for an answer. Not a happy customer!!
