I haven’t had the best of luck with Fred Meyers. After getting my engagement ring we discovered a large crack or “flaw” in the center diamond, this $3000+ ring and was told it was just the quality of the diamond and we could upgrade it if we want. I could understand that if it was under $1000 but that type of quality shouldn’t be in such an expensive setting.  I was rudely turned away to get it sized once. And now we’ve had 3 diamonds fall out and 2 other loose stone that needed repaired. I’ve only had this ring for 2 years. Every time I go in there it feels like I have to battle them to get a repair. (With a life time warranty) so long story short I would not recommend them. Getting a ring should be an easy and stress free, happy experience so spend your money elsewhere and read reviews before you buy!!

Everyone there is so nice and friendly, I got my engagement ring there, also my wedding ring. My fiancee and I were having some money problems and they even extended the layaway for another 3 months on my wedding ring. They are extremely helpful and work with you to get your needs met. I definitely recommend them over any other jewelry store.

We got our engagement ring and wedding bands here. Super friendly staff. Helpful with finding what exactly we liked and didn't like.

I went in today to have the battery changed on my Movado watch.  This outlet doesn't carry Movado, but the Manager, Bill was "awesome" and did it for me.  He even cleaned up the edges and the watch band.  My wife and I are recent transplants to the Wichita area and the welcome we received at this store and genuine kindness made our day.  Thank you to Bill and staff!!!
