Manager was the one who helped me . Seemed knowledgeable. Went to a few other stores in mall and she was the most down to earth and yet still professional.  Found what I was after with similar price as other stores. Would go back.

We put an expensive ring in to get an estimate for repairs. We decided to wait till after the holidays when the price was a bit too high for now. When we told them that, they were very rude on the phone. When my wife picked it up and explained we plan to do it probably with taxes, the rude woman says "yeah, we'll see." Now you won't cause you're not the only jeweler in town. Thanks for the great customer service snob.
