I had an amazing experience picking out my wedding and engagement band. Jessica helped us and she was so patient and knowledgeable. She really took the extra time to make sure I picked out exactly what I wanted. She helped us with financing to make sure I got everything I wanted. It makes all the difference when spending a large amount of money knowing that Jessica went the extra mile showing us everything there was to choose from.

Would have given a great rating but the woman who helped my wife and I was so rude I will take our business elsewhere. Father and Son jewelry downtown was a much more pleasant experience. I would recommend reviewing basic customer service with your employees.

Wish I could rate less than one star! I have never been disappointed with them until today! Three rude ladies behind the counter, only one of whom knew the answers to the questions I had, yet refused to help because she was "too busy" leafing through a book. So instead someone with no clue helped me, gave me the wrong information with an attitude "because she wasn't expecting to be busy!" She tried to send me on my way without help. Thank goodness I knew what I needed already. I will happily take my business elsewhere from now on.

Don't use them for battery replacement on your watch. Could not get the case open and scratched the case trying. Had a classic citizens watch in perfect shape. Left with a damaged watch and no battery.

Helpful staff. Good quality. Good selection. Super-nice manager. 10/10 would see jewels there again.

My soon to be wife and myself had an amazing experience picking out our rings with the associate however when we had my wife's wrap and ring resized the wrap came out smaller than ring not done very professional in my opinion for the amount we paid I want to be satisfied with the work we will not be buying from them again

When I purchased the piece of jewelry I was told that there was a 30-day money-back return policy... However when I tried to return it today... She tried to tell me I would have to wait 10 days for a check to come or take a gift card because they just didn't have that much cash in the store... I had to force her to call the manager and give me my money... If you sell jewelry and people are going to return it you need to expect to have to give them their cash back if that's what they paid for it with... poor planning on their part... Super rude about it
