What a mess to have two lanes for cars approaching the car wash - at least without supervision (though the idea was originally good: to avoid a line forming on the busy street).  Apparently you can unknowingly get into what one very entitled and unsympathetic customer called ´the wrong line ´.  And then you are expected to just sit there forever.  This place is way too busy and stressful to waste your money on.  Broken vacuums, empty cleaner bottles, congestion and poor management of customer traffic.  One star is way too much for them.
