I went in for an oil change on my ‘08 Dodge Charger today, and Josh took care of me. He immediately opened the hood of my car, and checked the air filter, power steering fluid, etc. and explained what needed to be done to my car besides an oil change. He was very helpful and up front about the pricing. (For the record, I’m only 20 years old and still don’t know much about cars.) He gave me some guidance on what servicing my car needed, and he even put what other services I needed on the receipt. My car is so much better now, and the servicing was quick. On top of that, I got a free car wash, and my car is super shiny! I am very happy with the experience I had today.

I'm not a picky person at all and I never write bad reviews but this place warrants a bad review! Brought my Ford E350 van there because it won't fit in a lot of the other places so I figured I would try it. Just wanted a basic wash to get the road salts off. $27 later I'm really unhappy! They missed most of the back of the van and there was still dirt and grime in the body creases down the side and both bumpers weren't cleaned. We waited inside until it was done (cold out) they weren't busy, only 2 other cars there. When I pointed out all the missed spots the guy said that's my job and I was about to do it. No you finished it and went on to the next car! So he proceeds to rub the dirt into the paint again. My point to him was that it should have been washed off inside not after the fact with a dirty rag. Plus they missed most of my front window along the top. Maybe they couldn't reach it, whatever. But what is worse is I had it detailed 3 weeks earlier while in SC, carpets were clean etc. these guy tracked dirt on the carpets with their wet dirty shoes. If it was an $8.00 exterior wash who cares but for almost $30.00 you could at least wash the dirt off and keep your muddy shoes off my carpets! Great name though (splash) because they only splash a little water on your ride and leave most of the dirt on your car! . If you have any kind of OCD when it comes to your car, stay far away from this place it will give you a permanent mental disorder! I will NEVER bring any of my cars there EVER. Before I saw the van I did actually think about purchasing their 50.00 a month unlimited wash since the place could actually fit my van. Glad I didn't. Off to find a place to bring my business in the future!

I had an excellent experience today at splash. My car was so clean, I felt like it came out the dealer. Usually when I go get my car washed at other places, I have to complain about something but not here. I look forward to coming here for all my future car washes. Excellent service and great attitudes also.

Joe and his team have helped me 3 times.  Twice sending me off to Hank Mats and once really saving me literally thousands by showing me a problem with my car. I cannot say enough good things about them. Friendly, efficient, professional.

I've been going to Splash for years. I typically wash my own car when I can but Splash is my go to place when I don't have time. I love the handwash, the crew typically does a good job but I occasionally see spots they miss when cleaning. I have a wagon so they often miss the windows in the back of the car (I have a dog so they tend to get dirty).  Plus the lower portion of the doors and under the rear of the car are sometimes left unclean. The staff is usually great about getting those spots when drying the vehicle but I'd like it better if they weren't missed in the first place...
