I’ve been really disappointed with Splash Car Wash, lately. I took my car in a couple days ago and feel like the staff really cuts corners. My mats were not removed; hence, nothing was vacuumed under the mats or in the corners. Honestly, I think 20 seconds was spent on vaccumming my car. It wasn’t overly dirty, but a lot of crumbs and other debris were left. Sections of the body were left unwashed but were corrected when pointed out. I would hardly call it “hand washing.” The least expensive wash is $25 which is quite pricey and doesn’t even include tire shine. I don’t mind paying for quality but it’s just not there. I was on the monthly unlimited plan but felt like even less time was spent on my vehicle since the staff knew I was “under contract.” I felt like there was even less incentive for a job well done. The employees are nice, and the rushing and cutting corners is probably coming from management. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking our vehicles elsewhere for the time being.

Great service! More importantly my Sprinter van fits there, I signed up for monthly plan at first visit. Love it!

Been an unlimited "The Works" wash member ($63.80 after taxes/month) for a little over half a year now and have to say I'm pretty happy with the service. Splash does a great job of giving you what you pay for and should since $64 bucks a month for car washes is pretty pricey compared to some of the other unlimited programs around the area. The difference with Splash is everything is done by hand and the attention to detail by the employees is pretty good. Overall, I'd like to see the prices become a better value in the future but I'm very happy with the service provided. Car always comes out looking absolutely brilliant! Thanks guys

Excellent job but not sure if I would frequently use a $23 basic wash.

Nice wash but they didn't spray off the car before washing which is a great way to scratch the paint. Long wait.
