Thank you John ! You have changed my personal view of moving companies. I have had some bad experiences in the past but this last move with your team was stress free. The crew called prior to arrival to ask if I needed anything and then actually showed up on time. they packed my 3 bedroom home and had it loaded in the time period promised. when the load arrived in Virginia Beach, the crew was extremely polite and efficient during the unload. they helped me put my things together and there were no damages. I have already referred you guys to my co-worker and will continue to do so. Thank you for all the hard work and customer service. absolute FIVE STAR!

These young gentleman were very professional and respectful at all times. They showed up on time with all the equipment unloaded the truck in a very efficient amount of time. I've done many military moves and local moves and this is one of the more pleasant experiences.

The movers were great! They arrived on time, communicated with me throughout the whole move and got the move done faster than I thought they would! Fantastic company unlike any other

I hired this company to move 3 rooms for me. Not much at all. I had hired them in the past and they did a good job the first time and the rate was decent. This last time, not good at all. First they told me the rate would be about the same as the first time since i only had a couch and recliner more than i did the first time. But when they gave me the price when they were done, it was going to be about $125 more. Just for a sofa and chair. Second, they damaged my walls in 2 different areas in the basement trying to get my dresser down. One guy had told me it wouldnt fit but the other said it would so they kept trying. Now walls look like crap. The movers were really nice but i dont think they did that good of job. Wont hire them again if i ever need a mover and I wouldn't recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired Fredericksburg Moving Company to move me. Upon arrival, the guys rushed upstairs to grab the first dresser. They slammed straight into the wall at the first base of the stairs, scraped the paint off the wall in several spots and chipped the hardwood on the steps. Their manager apologized to me, said that they were rushing, took pictures of the damage and called the general manager. She assured me over the phone that they would at least repair the paint damage as there was nothing they could do for the chipped floors. I paid the bill and now two weeks later, I have yet to hear from them. I have called twice and been blown off. Very unprofessional.
