I had a very bad experience with Kelly Adriazola.  She stated that it was Okay to stay outside because it is only 30 degrees outside.  I hope she is right because I believe everything she told me.  She also stated that I was constipated and I agree I guess although the only stomach pain I am having is from hunger.  Fredericksburg social services refuses to give food and now I am hungry and you can see me outside in front of all the stores trying to ask for money to feed myself and my dog

I'm trying to call but no one seems to answer the phone it's imcompete why do you all work there if the staff isn't helpful at all i personally would give y'all 0 stars .. Y'all close at 4:30 pm and y'all seem like y'all don't wanna answer the phone maybe y'all should find another hobbie ..

I have been trying to call this social services for the past 4 hours, they close at 4:30 and thats when i gave up. Nobody answered or even asked to put me on hold, NOT ONE TIME.
