I am giving a one star because I can not give it a zero..The worst place ever, If you don't know what humiliation is, then go to this place and find out... Starting with the " welcoming  demeanor" of the security guard, who treats you like you are a  criminal in the worst correctional jail... No manners what so ever., They make you wait all day in an unfinished room next to their office  with only a couple of chairs, for about 50 people , so wear your comfortable shoes .. OH! and do not even think about going to the bathroom because they are locked and have "sacred secret code" to get in...Please know that from 11:45 am until 1:15pm they take their sweet and long break, so please be kind and do not disturb them during this time...there is  only  ONE CLERK to take care of everyone,  this person keeps reminding you to take your business some where else because he is the only one working there and even thou you have been waiting all day in line, maybe just maybe you will not get  to be helped that day because they close at 4:30pm so, too bad so sad for you,.. So beware of this place. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment in Vienna or Richmond..  Honestly I can't believe that this place is operating this way..

This was the worst experience of my life. I have never had someone speak and behave so rudely towards me. As soon as I told him what I was there for he sighed extremely loud and said, "Oh my God..."
Trust me I was not thrilled to spend my work day at the IRS office but I was respectful and kind. Each time he huffed and puffed I thanked him for helping me(doing his job).
What I was thinking in my head was, This is your job buddy! If you don't like it find a new one!! It's not my fault you work here and there's no reason an employee of the IRS should be so degrading and rude. I actually contemplated pressing charges. I hope I never step foot in that place again. 
Also there was only one worker. Each time he called a number he took a 5-10 minute break between seeing people. Heads up if you need to go here, don't.

Please help this place go out of business, just like the one in Charlottesville.  Contact the building own, and request for the lease to NOT BE RENEWED!

If I acted the way the man who works here did at my job, I would be fired on the spot. He was rude, rolled his eyes, and was constantly sighing. I just need something quick done so I don't know why he was throwing such a fit about it. There's no reason for a government building to be run like this.
