Had a great experience from beginning to end here. Larry was great to work with and kept me informed every step of the process.  Stuart in finance and Lenny is service were amazing!  They got my vehicle delivered to me the same day I purchased it.  The gentleman who delivered it was outstanding and really made sure i was happy before he left.  I will never shop anywhere else...I can not say enough good things about this store and the people who work there!

Just brought home my 2017 Triumph Bonneville T100 from Xtreme Machines. Everyone made this a very pleasant buying experience. My salesman Chris was friendly, helpful and informative. Stuart did a great job helping make the deal come together. And Elisa in the Accessories department was also really helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealership and their friendly, knowledgeable  staff.

Update: I had a problem with my new bike that was covered by warranty. My first experience with the service department was excellent. My service advisor, Tom, got the parts ordered, and set me up with an appointment that was convenient for me. The repair was done perfectly and on time. Everyone was really nice.

These guys take care of me and my bike. Still working on a relationship with them and getting to know and trust them better. So far they have done everything right for me. I check their work I can't find anything they missed etc. If they keep up their perfect score for service and friendliness along with doing maintenance and  repairs the same way they have been doing I am moving them to 5 stars Plus. Know your pricing like at any store as some of their items may be a little off the mark until you ask, then they are always competitive with ANY local brick and mortar and for me if they are a buck or two higher and offer such great Support I am good with that. You can have it good and properly done here in a very reasonable time. PLUS these guys all ride so they care about safety and know what works. Thanks Guys

Good sales men helmets are over priced knowledgeable info. Did buy something while  i was there and my brother is buying a bike....i fixed my rating i had gave a one  star but it was thus site it won't let me give anything more then one star. An the backpack was better then i expected

Wonderful experience ! Chris G is the most awesome, laid back salesman I have ever encountered. He did not try to push a sale and provided me with great suggestions on bikes that I would like. The whole purchase process was so easy that I was able to take home the bike the next day. Everyone in here is genuinely nice and incredibly knowledgeable. Very happy with my new Honda shadow phantom and would highly recommend !
