Needed to rent a tux for a special event. The staff was more than helpful and attentive to my needs. Even though there were various groups in the store being  served, I was helped with very little waiting. The measurements were accurate. I picked up my tux the Tuesday before my Saturday event, tried it on and then on my way, returning the tux on Sunday.  The staff was professional & courteous. I will go back if needs warrant.

This location had fantastic customer service. From the moment we walked in all the way to the return process everything was smooth and easy. I loved that we could go online and manage each groomsmen and it allowed for us to provide all the information for those who were out of state. Everything fit well and looked nice and clean the day of. Also, it was nice that every time we called or came in they knew exactly who we were without even giving a name. That makes it very personable.

We loved the MK Tuxedo! They are all very friendly and helpful, the Tux came on time, they made sure it fitted perfectly. We will definitely recommend to anyone in need of Tuxedos.

Cesar at the Temecula store was Awesome. Polite, Professional and Friendly. I was dealing with going through Cancer treatment when my Father died, because of the treatment I lost 50lbs and needed a suit for the funeral. Friar Tux and Cesar stepped up their game and went the extra mile to help me! Amazing customer service!
