Absolutely horrible.  The attendant was very rude and argumentative.  I took my winter jackets to be cleaned and when I picked them up they still looked the same with all the grease marks.  The attendant told me that the specialists had done this for over 25 years and they knew what they were doing.  Little did she know I am very experienced in this field.  She I think realized she was lying and asked me to come back the next day.  I did 24 hours later and again she rudely told me that I can only pick up after 5pm.  I am dreading picking up my dry clean tomorrow.  I hope management resolves this.  Obviously I will never use your cleaners again neither will anyone in my organization or associated with me.  I always hoped that if you treated people respectfully they would respond in kind.  Boy was I wrong. Update to today. my jacket was still wet and not done and they said they were to busy to get to it yesterday when they promised it would be done.  I am leaving town at 3pm and they could not get it to me until after 5 today.  But this is the best part...I still paid $8 for a wet chemical ridden jacket.  I have not idea how I will travel with it but I guess that is y problem.  In my 30 yrs of using dry cleaners I have never experienced this type of service.  I think I am still in shock..
