This is the worst dry cleaners in the area. They took a custom suit of mine and laundered the pants instead of dry cleaning and shrunk them. When I asked for the manager/owner, the employee refused to give me a last name or a contact number. I was told it was not their fault and offered no refund or credit despite multiple attempts to contact owner. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I've also had multiple shirts come back with buttons half broken. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If you're needing same day service or friendly staff, avoid this place. I have been going to this location in the strip mall with Seven Salsas since I started working in the area in 2008. Over the years they have changed employees working there but most of them were pleasant and they always took good care of me. The most recent employee (before the current one) was always so friendly and welcoming. Then a newer girl started there and after 2 very bad experiences, they've lost this customer. I'm not sure if management changed or not but the place has always advertised that if you had your clothes in there before 9am, you could pick them up the same day. I usually drop my clothes off there before heading to the office. I live in Uptown but it's more convenient to drop/off pick up near work. The first bad experience was when I left early and unfortunately ran into traffic. I arrived at 8:59am and she tried to tell me that they couldn't take in my dry cleaning. I had to fly out for a meeting the next day and needed the clothes back. After some pleading, she agreed to take in my clothes. Today was the final straw. I purposely left a half hour early and arrived at the place at 8:30am because I had another flight to catch tomorrow. As soon as I walked in, she told me that she couldn't have it ready by today because "they called me and told me no more same day service today." I'm not sure who "they" are but it has to do with the fact that this place doesn't do their services onsite. I have NEVER had that happen to me in 7 years that I've been coming there. I told the employee that I would not be returning and drove down the street to their competitor.
