I read google reviews prior to deciding which flower delivery service I was going to utilize.  Having understood Friendly Flowers was under new management now, I decided to try them. Initially I had called fiesta flowers and there was no answer after attempting to call 3 different times. Furthermore, the person I spoke to when I called Friendly Flowers was very helpful and accommodating in helping me figure out which arrangement suited my needs.  She was very attentive and after letting her know there was a time limit to deliver because my niece was in the hospital and was possibly going to be discharged soon, she had no problem in letting me know they would be out for delivery soon!  My brother called letting us know how beautiful the arrangement was and my niece was so happy for the teddy bear, flowers, and get well soon balloon she received. They were there quickly same day I called. I will def. be using them in the future and recommend there service to anyone! Thank you Friendly Flowers!

This florist is one of my top 5.  They are always very helpful and nice to work with.  Even though i forgot to get flowers on valentines day they helped me out  big time and made a beautiful arrangment for me within my budget.  I will alway call them first when i need flowers.

UPDATE: Lauren contacted me and offered a full refund.... I did not take it however I did agree to a refund of my delivery. She also apologized and explained that they did eventually find my order. She has restored my faith in customer service and her business... thank you Lauren. 

The first time I used this place is on Valentines 2018. I wanted to send something special to both my daughters that live in Las Cruces. I provided their work address and asked before 5pm. When my youngest daughter received hers I figured my oldest would be getting hers soon.  I decided to call them at 3pm to ask if they knew a status. Irma said she would call me back and never did. I did then call back at 4:45pm and Kathy said she would look for the order and offered to deliver to my daughters home. I gave her the home address and she said she would call me back to confirm delivery. I did not receive a call and my daughter never got the flowers. On the 15th I then called again, I asked for the boss and Lauren said it was her. I explained the situation and she said she would look into it and call me back. I did get a call back and she shared that they could not find the order. Then proceeded to question if I even ordered it, how much I paid, and maybe it was delivered. They eventually got the flowers to my daughter on the 15th and I did ask for a delivery charge refund because they were not delivered on the 14th and Lauren said no because she was not going to charge me to deliver on the 15th!!! How does that make sense. Anyhow I will never use them again. I gave a 3 instead of a 2 because one of my daughters did get hers on the 14th.

Beautiful arrangement. The recipient was very pleased. I recommend Friendly Flowers for any arrangement. I will definitely use them again!

Ordered flowers as a gift and they never showed up. Not sure what the issue is. Hope it's there tomorrow

Update: friendly flowers made things right..... but buyer beware go through them not a third party wedsite
