Every time I order the arrangements are beautiful and delivered on time. Friendly, professional service that goes above and beyond. My wife loves when I order her flowers from them.

They totally ripped me off. 

For valentine's day, I bought  my best friend some flowers. . So I went ahead and ordered  the  flowers on their website,. Immediately after I placed the order I was called. They said that I "didn't pay enough to get both balloons."  So I figured the prices must have changed. I agreed to go pay more because They never mentioned anything about me paying for  another balloon. In fact, they asked me just to buy a new one! So I said 'okay' and bought a THIRD balloon! I looked at the ones in the store and the prices were the same as the website! Anyway the "manager" came in and said I still had the ONE balloon I bought from the website and asked which it would be. I picked out a nice one with the puppy and a heart. She never received it. NEVER. They ripped off 10 dollars from me and I'm telling you not to use this florist if you really need to, I implore you to go to the store and not their website. Besides the red flowers she got looked old tacky and half dead. They died almost three days after Valentine's day. 

Last year, My boyfriend decided to surprise me with fourteen (my lucky number:) Purple Roses and two balloons. They called him in the middle of class and said one of the balloons popped and asked if he wanted to buy a new one instead of replacing it. Then of course upon delivery they were pink. PINK. He called again to ask if they had accidentally messed up my order and they said "We don't have purple roses." even though upon ordering they told him they had them. Very disappointed. 
I don't know how these guys are still in business.

The nice lady wasn't rude to me... I called near closing time where she goes to church just after - and yet she still agreed to deliver my spouse a plant to our house around 6 pm after services...  I would have given her a full 5 stars if I knew what it was I just bought without seeing it - I'm just grateful I won't be empty-handed to the love of my life on his 70th year celebration... Thank you, Desert Flower...!

Check your credit card statement!  I was almost ripped off.  Far from apologetic, they were rude, mean.  Not sure how these guys are still in business.
