My service adviser Joe was one of the best I have ever worked with. I have owned and had Fords serviced at dealerships throughout the western U.S. for the past 20+ years and Friendly Ford has a true ambassador for the brand in Joe. Excellent, timely, and very clear communication, and follow through on every promise that was made. Even an additional discount at the end of the process!! Joe did all of the legwork with the company I have an extended warranty with and the process painless. People like Joe and the rest of the folks at Friendly Ford are exactly why we currently are, and always will be, a 100% ford family!! Thank you

The first time I went there a few months ago we had really good & fast service on a very busy day. We were even greeted promptly. The most recent time we noticed a lot of employees standing around and we stood there by our car not knowing who to talk to about our appointment. Finally someone said hello. We just wanted a simple oil change, but they gave us the works for about $15 or $20 more with a tire rotation, but we already get those for free at Costco and hadn't asked for it. My husband complained to the mechanic at the payment counter. It didn't help that our car had been ready for a while and they failed to tell us. The woman in charge of collecting our payment was nice enough to charge us only for the regular oil change price. That was nice, especially since everything in Las Vegas seems to so much more expensive than others places we've lived when it comes to auto maintenance.

Thank you George in the Service Department! Got my oil changed quick and he made the process so easy! Best dealership in town. Thank you Friendly Ford for always being so great.
