The experience of buying a car with Rachel at Lexus of Las Vegas was absolutely the most enjoyable time my husband and I have ever had at a car dealership!!!  We've bought or purchased many Lexus vehicles over the years but were thinking of trying another luxury brand not for any other reason than doing something different.  After our experience with Rachel we have decided to keep our loyalty with Lexus.   Lexus is definitely blessed to have such a competent, professional, trustworthy and dedicated person on their side... giving the car purchasing experience that ALL customers deserve!!! Excellent experience. Not many dealerships will the General Manager stop and talk to you like Mr. Butler did. Our Service Advisor was attentive and got us out in the time specified. When checking the vehicle in one of the detail team members saw a stain on the rear bumper and took five minutes to get it out for us. The attention and courtesy we were shown made us believers. Our vehicle was returned to us clean and looking great. Bravo zulu Lexus of Las Vegas!

This is the first time I have ever been to this dealership, I do not know anybody that works there nor am I related to anybody that works there, I just have to make that clear before I give you my review. I have never seen a  waiter or a waitress at any restaurant in town give more personal attention then they did to me at Lexus! I did not come in there to buy some fancy car that they sell, I came in and I bought a used 2011 Cadillac SRX, and they treated me like I was royalty! I could not believe my eyes when I saw the honest and great deal... Not just fair but great deal! They weren't the typical vultures that are usually waiting outside the doors for the first customer to come in and latch onto! They were so polite, courteous, and truly did give me the best deal possible! I even had a plan on how to get a good deal, and I never even had to bring that plan out because they beat my plan! I super super highly recommend that you go to Lexus of Las Vegas first, just give them a shot, I highly doubt that if there's a car there you want you will not be disappointed at the deal they give you and the attention that you will receive! If I could give 10 stars to this place I would! Just wow!

I’m in for my first service, and customer service does not disappoint. 
The greeting at car drop off, the offer of refreshments and comfortable lounge to informing me on the progress of service, and consistency of everyone who works here are always professional, courteous, refreshing and very much appreciated.
I couldn’t be happier with the LS460.
Lexus of Las Vegas is the best of the best.
