MISMANAGEMENT OF AUTO SALE AND TITLE EXCHANGE

On October 21, 2017 I purchased a vehicle after I was informed I would not receive a refund of a down payment for a larger vehicle.  My down payment was 5k; I therefore purchased a vehicle I found out later was not even worth that price and of course this was an “as is” sale.  I subsequently put 1k into the vehicle for issues I did not see upon purchase in order to even sell the vehicle myself.  

To date I’ve yet to receive my car title.  It is now January 9, 2018.  I’ve called several times with no resolve.  The LVCars West sales manager Kim informed me she could not provide me with the title company’s phone number or contact information to address the matter myself.  This is now the third time I’ve called after waiting a couple months to receive it and have not received a call back as promised.  

I am gravely disgusted at how my sale has been managed and will not allow this to be brushed under the rug.  At this point all I’ve asked for is my title to sell this vehicle I didn’t even need in the first place.  My next step is to pursue legal counsel, as not only was I bound by a no refund of my down payment, I now can’t even sell the car without the title.

I left this place very satisfied , the staff there is very helpful and friendly. I had a bunch of questions and they showed interest and attention on answering them. I am very happy with my vehicle purchase as well . Runs great and looks great. Thank you LVCARS west!!

Looking for a lifted diesel truck I stumbled upon these guys on Auto Trader because of their outstanding selection.  Called in at 8:30 in the morning and reached Drew, the GM, who was more than happy to spend 15 minutes on the phone with me going over all the details and even how much I could expect to pay.  After he hung up, within 10 minutes, I had more pictures of the truck.  After I informed him I could not proceed without my partner he did not push me to come in right away or hound me on the phone.  Drew followed up with me a few days later, we scheduled an appointment and went in to complete the purchase.  If you are looking for a great diesel truck, or any vehicle for that matter, at a great value be sure to contact Drew at LV Cars West.  He will treat you like a person and not a number.
