Great Service Advisor. Polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.  Only thing I did not like; the dealership always tries to sell me things I don't need.

They found a nail in one of the tires. They wanted $330 for a new tire. I took it to Discount Tire, who fixed it at "no charge" as a Customer Courtesy. They said the tire was just fine and I should be able to get another year of driving from it.  

The Dealer told me my motor "mounts" needed changing. A reputable mechanic simply replaced the bolts.  

For what should have been a simple call covered by Certified Warranty, they wanted to sell me almost $4000 in work, not really needed. I will continue to have them take care of work covered under the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty. For routine maintenance, I will not use the dealership.

To high priced, and it is a pain bringing the car there and picking it up after it's done.

I wish there were another BMW Dealership in  Las Vegas, not owned by Autonation, but there is not. If I buy another BMW, it's off to Los Angeles, Phoenix, or San Diego, where they compete for business.

We stopped in to the dealership to purchase some BMW merchandise for a gift. The salesperson that met us in the caryard was so nice and walked us into the showroom. The location has a good range of clothing and car accessories. I'm pretty sure the gift we selected will be popular.

Efficient, Resourceful and completely in step to ensuring your Bimmer is in top shape. However there should be quality control checks on their cleaning of the vehicle upon completion. There was red cloth lint inside the car which I had to remove myself before leaving the center

The dealership requested my review. Workmanship was good. Now the But, I was scheduled to receive a loaner during service but was told a loaner was not available because my auto was built before 2015. Not the type of surprise I enjoy.

Visiting Vegas when the battery and charging system warning came on Saturday afternoon.  Got to the service area and explained our situation.  The Team was awesome and had us back on the road in 2 hours.  Really appreciate the great service!
