It really hurts me to write this review as I have been going to Friendly Nails for years with no complaints. Today was different. Everything I asked for, I got the opposite. My nails were cut too short and extremely uneven, left with air bubbles, cotton pieces and old color still on the nail and the polish is stuck to the skin on all sides. They cut at the sides of my nails too making a few fingers bleed. I have never been this disappointed in a manicure before.

Even more disappointed less than a week later because they have already started to chip and peel. Not worth the money.

So was hoping to find a good nail salon  unfortunately this place is not good and they are expensive. To fast and my nails look like a 4 year old painted them. They just want to get You in and out. Don't waste your time

The nail specialists are generally good, but the owner has a rude, and sometimes insulting way about him.

I'm sorry, I really am- but today was it. The absolute worst Mani pedi I've ever experienced.  The vinyl pillowy rests for your arms on the manicure tables are absolutely filthy. Left with cuticles a mess, polish all over nails and toes, smudges, uneven polish with a polish I brought with me, and have no problems with. Been here three times, each with a different " technician". Never left with a decent looking manicure. I always have to touch up when I get home. Pedicures, I'm not as scrutinizing, if there's a nice massage.  No massage at all today. Hurry hurry. Polish on my skin everywhere to boot. No massage on my hands either.Poor, Poor poor. Made my toe bleed by clipping I have no idea what, after I told her "not to cut my nails, I care for them myself, just file straight". I work on my feet all day, I don't need a sore toe, lady! Seriously, stay away from here, they smile and are friendly. Just like the name but don't let anyone here touch your nails, or feet. You will be very sorry. Oh, and my friend with the.latex allergy was not happy that all they had were latex gloves, and no vinyl alternative . And she removed her polish already, she was also absolutely horrified. She used to like this place is why we went. Something to laugh at on our girls day out. It really wasn't that funny though. Not going back.  Third time's the limit.
