this place has VERY BAD management. specifically the manager named David. he is very rude. he treats us like we aren't paying a lot of money to live here. he treats us like we are in a prison. my family and i were in the pool area and we had our service dog with us. we have his certifications and everything. he asked if we had a dog and we said yes and he said well then you and your dog need to leave. we told him it was a service dog and he said that it didn't matter because "it's against health codes" but he is a service dog!! how can you tell him to leave? that's against the law. he has also gotten on our case for swimming in the pool where no one was and my boyfriend and i were just swimming. he said we aren't allowed to show public affection. he said he would ban us from the pool for public affection, how could you ban someone from where they live ?? ridiculous. this place is beautiful but it needs new management. the other manager jerry is very understanding but david is something else
