I just want to say that my family has had a very positive experience living at Wildwood, and management has been very helpful to us. I can't speak to what others say they have experienced, but only know my own, which has been very good. The park is peaceful and quiet. I can also walk through it at night for exercise up and down the hills with no fear for my safety. It is a beautiful place.

Bad management. Very difficult to communicate with. They even limit the colors you can paint your house even if they just brought in a brand new one with the same colors. Very picky about the smallest things and make it hard for you to sell your house in the future. They also consistently raise your rent.

Very happy to work with the property managers and owners of the community. We have been successful in remodeling and selling numerous homes over the last 4 years and seen a constant increase in home values. This is only possible through active management and adherence to the community rules and regulations. Wildwood is located in one of the areas best school districts and is just 17 miles from downtown Los Angles. See for yourself on the map...it's close to everything! As with every web-site that offers reviews it is important to see things from both sides. Anyone who's unhappy with the community, who's owned there home for more than a couple years, has likely seen their homes value increase several thousand dollars. I urge anyone who's looking for a family oriented community to drive through the park and talk to the staff. It is truly a great place!
