Great staff in-store, Mike was our sales rep very helpful excellent customer service him and the rest of the staff helped turn a bad situation into a positive thanks for all the help appreciate all your efforts.

Definitely the worse people to deal with....first and like everyone else told it would be 10 days. We payed in full. And still a month later . Still waiting. Finally half comes. And movers put 3 holes in the newly refinished basement. So we tell the drivers and they say oh are u sure it wasn't there. WRONG thing to say. So they take a picture. And we call the store and tell them. And we call again and tell them. Still no body calls us. So we call again they say a hole in the drywall costs 10 or 20...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!...Please people read the reviews on this place before going.

In the past when we dealt with an older gentleman (over a year ago now) he was great. We recently purchased our first condo and needed to furnish our place so we bought everything from a bedroom set, to couches to a TV stand. I thought this place would be my go to for furniture. In December of 2017 we dealt with Mike and bought a new dining table. I was told it won't be in until January because of the holidays. That was fine. January comes and now it won't be in until February because it's coming from China. Weeks pass and I hear nothing. Every time I called to get an update I either never got a call back or I always got the excuse "slow boat from China, 3-4 months on the water blah blah blah". Every time I called him he always acted like he had no idea who I was or what table I was calling about, which seemed a little unprofessional to me. I FINALLY get a date (or so I think) of April 26th. I call on April 26th and now I'm getting from Mike that he doesn't remember telling me that date, there was actually NEVER a set date and it's not actually coming in until May. I've been searching for the same table elsewhere but had no luck. I had enough of the run around and the lies and the stories so I finally choose another dining set and we got it delivered the following Monday. I call that day to make confirm the delivery (since after 6 months of BS you have a some trust issues) and I got short rude responses from Mike and he practically hung up on me. Once we finally get our table delivered the damn thing is all in a flat box and we had to spend 2 hours of our Monday night trying to figure out how to put the base of the table together. After almost 6 months of waiting for a table and settling for one that I didn't originally want they couldn't have even put it together for us? Bottom line is: if you don't like rude sales people, lies, and people not responding to your phone calls don't use this company, because you'll just be disappointed. I'm not one to usually post bad reviews, or any review for that matter, but when you spend almost $1000 on something that never actually came in, with the run around and bs on top of it, you come out of the situation pretty angry.
