Been taking my best friend to these folks for 3 years and the best practice I've ever dealt with hands down. They always discuss all treatment options with you and the cost if that is an issue. Professional and most of all sincere and caring for yours as much as you.

I chose Friendship 4 years ago from the list of local vets the Niceville emergency clinic provided based on Google reviews. They took amazing care of my terrified cat and tried everything to balance her thyroid. Every test and treatment was always explained thoroughly and they were never pushy for extra tests or treatments. Dr Bonavita even told me a couple of times about tests that could be done but were very expensive and likely wouldn't change her treatment. Because of the great care, I've also used them to board my cats when I travel, especially when my last one was so sick and I had to travel for work. They updated me frequently, sent pictures and my cats always come home happy and healthy. 

I continued to go here when I adopted a dog. They recommend a behaviorist, in addition to hand-outs, when the he showed serious behavior problems. I take my animals and my service dog to them because they care about helping animals and stay current on treatments and tests. The vets I loved both moved out of the area, but Dr Zorn took their patients and has continued the great care. 

My only negatives are that they take the animals in the back for almost everything, the prices are higher than I was used to in Orlando and I don't get any break when I take care of strays. 

Taking animals in the back for almost everything seems to be common practice in the area, but it made putting my adored cat down much more difficult on us both when they took her in the back to put in a simple IV. The prices are similar to the other good vets in the area and are somewhat expected because they stay so current on treatments, tests and medications. 

I do really miss getting a discount from my Orlando vet for the strays that frequently find me and need help. I'll have to find another place to take them, because spay/neuter for a feral cat and 5 kittens was going to be close to $1500 and heart worm treatment for a stray dog was $1500. I will continue to take my animals here though, because of the great care.

Best Veterinary clinic in the area. Dr. Zorn and his staff are excellent and have done a great job of taking care of our much loved pets. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I love this vet! I have a nervous German shepherd, as he was in a couple different homes and pounds when I got him. We originally took him to Niceville Animal Clinic, and they were very rude to me and my pup. He was anxious and I felt that their attitude did not help at all. I decided to never go there again, and picked friendship instead. I highly recommend them, they have never made me or my pup feel anything other than completely at ease. They really understand their clientele!

They are the best Vets and staff in town. Dr. Zorn has taken the best care of my Jasper. They go above and beyond.
