my cat wasn't going peeing normal so i called and the lady who picked up  wanted to see her as soon as they could, made an APP. for 2 days later. the doctors and nurses are all well educated and friendly. they made sure i was comfortable with everything going on and made sure i knew everything that would happen or could. they informed me on anything they could as far as my cats condition and even helped with the price of my cat's bill. i'm pleased with going here, it's close to my house which is the best part because i don't want to stress my cat out with car rides.

Dr Kern is great. I used to go to him years ago when he was at another hospital. Called Advanced Pet Care today to make an appointment and the woman who answered was so rude, it was actually uncomfortable to make an appointment. Will cancel because if that is how she answers the phone, I don't need to put up with that. I feel bad that she is the first person someone deals with when they call because Dr Kern is a wonderful vet.

Super friendly and personable staff, make you feel right at home. Dr Kern is very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain anything to you. He's also pretty funny and easy-going. Entire staff was extremely comforting when I had to put my rat down. I recently moved to Tampa, but still take my rats to Dr Kern.

Ill never go to anothet vet for my cats and bearded dragon. The staff and doctor are amazing and the prices are great! I can't thank them enough for how much they have helped my pets.

I brought in my 6 month old ringtail lemur for a regular check up. 1st time seeing Dr. Kern. He was awesome. He spent time to go over the basics, gave advice and answered all my questions about lemurs. The staff was nice as well. Definitely worth the hour drive from my house! We will be going back!
