This facility is excellent. I had 2 German Shepherds and they took care of them as if they were their own. Sometimes I go to the one in Trinity with Dr. Garcia. What a marvellous doctor; and sometimes with Dr. Amsberry, in Tarpon Springs. The technicians are also wonderful. However, I have to say, I believe that some sort of facility should be given to patients that have been with them for a long time. Especially if they know that these "pets" carry pet insurance. Not always people have $500 or in my case, $1500 or $2,000 at their disposal in case of cancer, for example. We trust them, they should trust us in paying the bills.

I have been going to this facility for over a year now.  I took my 8-year-old Newfoundland there to be boarded for the first time in his life, and the staff there was amazing!  They sent pictures and messages to let me know how he was doing, and understood my anxiety.  After he passed away, we got a new puppy and there was no doubt where our puppy would receive care!  Rocco has seen all three vets there and they are all attentive and wonderful!  They go the extra mile in every possible way!  When Rocco had surgery, the doctor even gave me her cell phone number in case of emergency!  The staff always fits me in, even when I call at the last minute!  Everyone on staff is a true dog lover and I could not be happier!  They are amazing and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I used this vet as an emergency vet because our normal vet was closed due to the hurricane. I had to put my kitty down. Now mind you, they use the same cremation company that my normal vet uses. When we put down a pet, it normally costs us around $300 for everything, including cremation. This place price gouged during the hurricane and it ended up costing us $400. And then I found out that they didn't cremate my cat for 8 days. That upset me. And also, our payment didn't go all the way through. It only paid for a portion of it. So we asked if we could do a payment plan because my mom is on disability and doesn't have a lot of money. Not only did they say no, but they were holding my cats ashes HOSTAGE until everything was paid off. I went into an instant panic. We don't have that kind of money. Out of the  $400 payment, we only had half left to pay. This cat is literally everything to me and was my therapy cat. And they refused to give him to me. I now have him but with NO thanks to them. They did nothing to help whatsoever. And now my family is in debt because of them. I will NEVER use this vet again.

We took our dog to this place for boarding. They told us that they require a bordatella vaccine every 6 months if we want to board him there. They also require a stool test every 6 months. They charge $45 for both of these test/vaccine. 

Bordatella vaccine is a once a year vaccine - no other place at which my dog has boarded requires this more than once a year. It's like your child's daycare demanding a flu shot to be done every 6 months before they will let the child attend. This seems like a good way for this clinic to make extra money while at the same time, EXPOSING DOGS TO UNNECESSARY VACCINES and potential REACTIONS vaccines can cause. If we had not been in a time crunch, I would have found a different place for my dog. We will never use their services again.
