Classic response from this guy. Treat folks with some respect and you'll be respected in return. Simple. He missed the part where I dropped what I was doing to come see what was up because I knew it was working. He forgot to mention the photo I sent him after his nasty note to me inside the washer.  Washer was fine. He also failed to say his clothes got washed and he didn't need to redo them. Again because the machine works fine. I didn't go into detail because I could see he would twist the response onto me telling him he was stupid or something else that makes him sensationalize the story. 
  We help everyone. But don't expect me to sit idle  and have you beat on me about something your completely clueless to. 
  Thanks for reading  this. I rarely ever reply to these. Never need to. We aren't here to be anything other than a great place to come do laundry. Social media takes all the fun out it this past few years with this type of slander.

I have been using this place for the past year and loved it up until today. The owner Craig always seemed so nice. I called him today and nicely informed him my clothing spun dry in the washer for 20 minutes, only to get wet on the "Final Rinse" cycle. Craig insisted it was user error but never explained how this could be possible. All I did was put 24 quarters in the machine and it started. What could I have possibly done wrong? I have been using these washers for months and this has never happened. 

Worst of all, Craig gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He insists I never come back, and it must have been something I did. Don't use the $6 machine #2.

Very good experience here. The place is very clean and reasonably priced. The owner was there the morning that we were doing laundry cleaning and talking to customers. He has a small dog named snowflake who is very friendly. We had our golden retriever with us and she was allowed in the laundry mat. They also have a dog wash on the side of the business. Don't mind the post that states that it is in a shady little alley it is not. It is not, it is about 20 feet from the sidewalk. What a great laundry mat I wish they were all like this one.

Really great place! (Wide variety of different sized washers) My car died and the owner didn't tow it and even went out his way to jump it when he got there later.They are also dog friendly with a dog wash outside for a few bucks. 
Once again great place with great people!

Clean facility and friendly owner. Big machines and efficient. Some washing machines take credit cards and all the dryers do. Dryers work well!
