HORRIBLE SERVICE the amount of times I got random people’s clothes. I would call and the lady who always answered the phone mocked me. Horrible experience DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I wanted to try out the wash and fold service, and wow was that a mistake. They have you schedule a time, so I picked 9-10:30. I wake up so that I can meet them, and as 10:30 rolls around, no one shows up. I have to call them since they have my clean laundry that I need, and am told that there really isnt a scheduled time and they don't deliver until after 12pm. I have classes for most of the day throughout the week and can not be available for them to deliver "whenever". I have no clean clothes now because of the complete lack of any type of communication. I will never use them again and could not ever recommend this service to anyone.
