It's just normal. i been using a mobility scooter for 6 years.at the beginning i had an employee name Leo. That wanted me to get out of station. Because of my mobility scooter. But customers service teach him the ADA rules.
And it been ok since then.

I have to give this station 3 stars, they have been keeping their elevator clean, and my kids thank you! But on the flip side I just received the rudest customer service from two bart employees sitting at the help desk in working in slow motion. When I reported the machine was broken and just ate my ticket, The lady slowly said she will work on it from across the booth, knowing damn well If she dont talk into the speaker no one hears her, then she proceeded to pay a bill with her debit card while I waited. After 5 minutes I told her just take your time now I just missed my train, she looked at me with the most dumb founded look on her face and said I wasnt going to move any faster. Good job lady, ur gonna get far with that attitude!
