I've visited Fry's Electronics in Irving and Arlington Texas on several occasions. Customer service at both locations has declined to a level never seen before. There is no acknowledgement from sales people. They need to know that a simple "hello" in any business is huge.  You would think Fry's sales people would realize that customers are the ones who keep their company running. We are the ones who pay their checks.  I recall several years back when sales people had a dress code, white shirt and tie. They looked professional then. Now the dress code goes along with their lack of professionalism and customer service. Hope Fry's owners realize this and make changes soon.

I went here the other day with my husband looking for a specific item. The store is so large and I have a difficulty time with my walking. I decided to ask one of the people with the red vest. They knew exactly what I wanted and they went right to it and got it for me period and then it came back and asked if there is anything else anywhere in the store that I needed. They did not have it any problem going to different parts of the store together the things that I come there for. My husband had his own things you need to get and had done that for himself. But I enjoyed not having to tag along or use energy that I did not have. I would highly recommend this fries to anyone that needs to have assistance or even just a little help once in awhile. And they had every line on both sides open to check out. So even though there was a huge line of people waiting to check out it went so fast that it was like we were there in line by ourselves. And the girl that bring up our items was so very nice and helpful and get her job quickly incorrectly it was a pleasant surprise. Thank You Fry's for the change that you made the education that you must be giving your people because this was a wonderful experience.

This palace has anything and everything you could need for electronics. The prices are decent, and you can find some deals when things go on sale. The sales people are helpful and not too pushy. I knocked off one star only because it looks like a tornado went through some of the aisles and it can be hard to locate what you are looking for.

Placed an online order for store pickup for a WiFi extender. Now the concept of placing an online order as I understand it is to make my life a little bit easier. Everyplace else I’ve done this has dedicated lines and a fast seamless process. Not Fry’s. I went to the customer service counter right inside the door. I was directed to the checkout line for the main registers. Had to wait in line there for 15 minutes. Finally get to the register and they don’t have my extender there (after sending me and email saying it was waiting).  Waited another 15 minutes for them to find it in the back room. This is yet another example why Fry’s is my absolute last choice for electronics. Giving them 2 stars because the extender is awesome! Of course there was nothing they could do to screw that up.

I love gets and third promo deals. The store is well laid out and always clean. Sometime it seems the sales people don't know much about the promotions, but they do send out so many it is probably hard to keep up with. I love the order online and pick up in store!
