Location is easy to get to. Large well lit parking lot. Inside is very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. When they haven’t been able to answer my question they bring me to someone who can. Customer service training seems to be great amongst all Best Buy locations and this one was on their A game as well. No lines, the cashiers were quick and they had just enough open to keep customers moving. Love my purchase and they were the same price as Amazon. Best Buy also price matches so I would go to them with their great customer service over other places!

First off, let me say this. There are multiple reasons why Best Buy filed for bankruptcy. Yes. Amazon has put them out of business, but the way the stores are run are the problem. 

This particular location didn't have what I needed. When I asked an employee, he said to check online first to make sure they had it. Well, I did! The online inventory and store inventory do not match. 

The employees were nice and helpful, but they can only do so much.

No wonder Amazon is killing Brick & Mortar stores like Best Buy, their customer service and out-dated return policies are ridiculous. After returning a game console less than 24 hours after purchase, I had to deal with a long return line, rude customer service members, and fees for the return not to mention a 60% penalty for video games?? I hadn't purchased game console or games in several years, so maybe this is the norm for stores, but not my loyal Amazon. Goodbye Best Buy, I will remember typing this post when the day comes Amazon puts you out of business for good.

I have purchased many items from this store this is my favorite store for electronics. Once I had reached to this store about half hour before they would close I went to buy phone and it took more than expected as I was getting my number ported from t mobile to sprint and went through contract phone staff were very helpful and they made sure that everything worked fine for me though it was late n almost about to get closed but they did help me to get things done and let me choose accessories after all purchase I made. I have beeen shopping lots of items from them will keep visiting them staff they are freindly and helpful have enough information on products and they do provide prompt service cool thing is you can buy using b st buy credit card even if you have forgotten your credit card at home and if you have Vail id

An entire store full of products and the help is too busy standing around talking to each other to assist customers or check out. Seriously not one of normal registers working. Supposedly any  floor associates can check you out that is if you could find one willing to help you. No wonder why other online stores are kicking Best Buy's but at least there you can get service through your computer instead of having to hunt someone down and beg them to take your damn money.
