I have been using this pharmacy for six years and have never had a problem.  Yesterday, the lady at the drive up window was very rude.  I have never been talked to in such a rude, disrespectful fashion, ever.  She was rude to me before I said anything to her and was rude throughout the whole interaction.  She snapped that I was holding up the line (I was getting the info for her), but there was no one behind me and no one in line in the store (I could see the counter).  I would have fired an employee who talked to my customer that way.  This one experience was so ridiculous that after six years of normal/good experiences at this pharmacy, I have switched my family over to another pharmacy.  I literally hadn't said anything to the lady and she started in on me like I was the lowest filth beneath her feet.  Also, I found out the new pharmacy my Rx is $35 a month where at Fry's it was $139.

I wanted to thank Melanie in the bakery Dept who made the cutest graduation cake for me on short notice last week.  It was adorable and the cake was delish too !  Great job....I tried to leave a tip for her beautiful work, but she wouldn't accept it.  Give this lady a raise please ???
