Iam a director of the Christian Outreach Ministries of Roswell Men's Home program and Mr. John Franco came to fix our ac unit.. Not only did he fix the problem and better our envoirment, he was a genuine mam with good people skills and seems very professional and takes his job very seriously! Mr. Franco would be someone I could depend on if any problems occurred with our unit at our residence and would prefer him to anybody! Great service, my AC actually works better than it ever had. The tech changed the motor speed and I didn't think much of it, but the house seems to cool more efficiently. We always had to have the thermostat on 69 or 70 to keep the house cool, now it stays on 73 or 74 and works great. I would highly recommend.

My 5 ton heat pump was installed by Fulkerson in 2005. I was snowbound in NW Missouri during a planned 3 day visit that kept me there the whole month of December 2017. Was able to return home to Roswell, NM and discovered the breaker on my electrical panel had tripped and continued to trip the 3 times I attempted to reset the breaker. The temperature was very cold and raining. I know not to fool with electricity while standing on wet ground in the rain. I telephoned Fulkerson and asked for a HVAC Technician to troubleshoot the problem. Told Fulkerson to please not send the technician today because of safety issues in the rain. They scheduled Mr. Francis for the next day provided the rain had quit and the rocks covering my RV driveway were not wet. Mr. Francis arrived on time and upon entering my house while I was rounding up my 125 lb Rottweiler dog and my 15 lb.Pomeranian dog, Mr. Francis either saw or sensed that both were very friendly. Mr. Francis established such a good friend relationship that both dogs stayed beside him to monitor everything he was doing. Mr. Francis checked all connections on the Control Board. Contacter capacitor, found Vent had 120 In Rush amps. To address this excessive ampere draw problem Mr. Francis retrieved a Hard Start Kit from his Service truck and installed it. Subsequent start test showed an amperage of 113 being drawn. Based on these test results Mr. Francis advised me the compressor may need replacement soon. Mr. Francis also educated me to the fact that the high amperage being drawn during start was most likely due to the oil being very cold due to the cold weather. Another test after the unit had been running long enough to warm necessary components showed the running amperes to be only 11. Mr. Francis carefully buttoned everything up and was proceeding to leave, he then had another thought that something else should be checked. He then unbuttoned everything, applied his test instruments and determined that what he was testing was OK. I neglected to quiz him about what he tested and will find out later. I have rated as FIVE STAR the technical performance demonstrated by Mr. Francis. I would also rate the dog friendly behavior demonstrated by Mr. Francis as FIVE STAR based on the dogs insisting on staying with him while working. I have had such good experience with all the work performed by the Fulkerson HVAC Technicians since 2005 that I give Fulkerson Services Inc. a TEN STAR rating!!!

Got a courteous call from Stephanie setting up the fall visit from Fulkerson Services, Inc to check out the heater. I received a picture of both Marty (technician) and Stephanie via my email. Marty called 15 minutes prior to scheduled time of service. He was on time. Efficient and friendly as usual. Nothing but good service from Fulkerson over the last 19 years. Thanks - for your great service and giving my wife and I peace of mind when it comes to our heating & airconditioning and any plumbing needs.
