Adam came out on a Sunday to check out our busted hot water heater.  Said it'd he 40 mins, he came in half the time.  Bypassed the heater and will be handling our warranty work.  Prompt and responsive on the weekend, more than  I can say for the other plumbers I called for help.

Late service, left us with no heat for   4 days, grandchildren and us with no hot water, no cooking, no laundry, my gas valves Parts walked off with sticky fingers from El Paso and crying for their money, and Nicole was unprofessional but a true dummie. 
Not dependable for the thousands paid for Nicole's crappy services

Excellent service, response time and quality of the expertise on the part of John and Nathan, the two Otero employees who provided my service.   An Internet service provider had installed underground fiber optic cables in the alley behind my property.  In the process, they'd apparently managed to partially collapse my sewer line.  Otero initially snaked the line, then identified the possible source of the problem as a blocked line due to roots from a large tree in my backyard.   However, after a half day's excavation, John and Nathan uncovered the true nature of the problem.  In the process they dug a hole so deep that you needed a ladder to get down to the source!  By the next day, everything was fixed and back in place.  
   The best part is, it probably won't cost me a cent (as the source of the problem was caused the Internet service provider.)  Otero will take up all of the necessary steps to get restitution -- I won't have to do a thing.
  John and Nathan were personable, professional, friendly and extremely competent.  They made sure that I understood every step they were taking and why.  Before leaving they made certain that I was satisfied with the work they'd done.  Both guys were hard workers and interesting to talk to.  They were friendly, (took time out of their lunch break to admire and pet our new puppy) yet utterly professional.  Owner Anthony took photos of the break caused by the Internet provider and assured me that the next step would be Otero's (not mine.)  From day one to the end of day two and that was it -- everything fixed and back to order.  I'm totally impressed and would recommend this company highly -- as well as its employees John and Nathan and owner Anthony.  Nobody wants slow drains and backed up sewage -- but for this or for any other plumbing or heating or cooling needs -- there is no question whatsoever that I'll engage OTC.  Rest assured -- thiis place and its people are the absolute best.
