I wish I could give zero stars.  I had them install a water heater.  They gave me a quote but the bill was 30% higher.  They didn't have the right parts with them; I had to go to Lowe's myself to buy the parts they didn't have.  They charged me for the time it took me to go to Lowe's.  When they were finished, the hot water didn't work.  They told me they would have to come back the next day to fix it and charge me for another service call.  After they left, I found that the water valve was shut off.  I turned it on and had hot water.  But then it didn't pass inspection.  They told me someone would come by and fix it so it would pass inspection.  That was 4 months ago.  I would NEVER use them for plumbing services again.

Pam was very pleasant and upbeat when making my appointment. She was able to schedule us right away. Esteban (sp?) who came out was very attentive to what we needed and got right to work. Took awhile to finally get a VERY problematic clog cleared. Her was quite the bulldog and wasn't going to let that clog get the best of him. Really appreciated his determination! May sound like a small thing but when you can't use your kitchen sink or do laundry, THAT'S a problem! Highly recommend this Roto-Rooter!

Congratulations on having great employees.  Robert, the service man did awesome.  Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.  Fix my plumbing problem and answered all my questions.  Pam, in the office was very helpful and kind.  Keep up the great job!

Outstanding! Been here two times. The first for a sink installation and the second today with a disturbing shower valve leak.  They were on time. In the case of the shower problem, diagnosed it, located the correct part in Las Cruces which wasn't easy and had it repaired in a little over an hour.
