Went here looking to purchase a Travel Trailer and right away had a great feeling about this place. Manager approached us right away and ask us to please give him a second and he would be happy to help us. Called over a salesmen we jumped on a cart and took off checked around and unfortunately they didn't have what we were looking for. A couple of days later I get a call they have they exact one that we have been thinking about getting we head out to see it and it's great just what we wanted we were sold on it. As we are walking checking  things out I noticed somethings not right,  cocking missing,  loose trim etc. I made a list of things and give it to them. We made a appointment for pickup and hoped they would fix everything. We had heard of dealerships not fixing things or telling people to bring it back and it could take weeks for them to fix stuff. When we returned to pick up  about a week later they had fixed everything on the list. We did the walk through and everything went great the techs, salesmen, manger, finance personal, everyone was great 

I would recommend Fun Town Dallas

Bought our new 2018 about a month ago, the sales experience was like being on a first date.....but now much different. I have called every day for 4 days in a row. Our  New Forest River Sandpiper has water running under the wall into the kitchen. 
  The service advisor instructed me how to take the shower panels off the wall to find leak, really......this is the answer. 
 I was told if I bring it in it's 72 hours for a diagnosis, weeks for repair and parts. 
 Or they suggested that I pay a Mobil tech to come out and do repairs on A Brand New 42 ft Fifth Wheel. So that is how warranty works. Never Again. If they used this in a sales pitch, wonder how many units they would sell.

Hands down the best experience that I've ever had at any dealership! From the moment I arrived on the lot I was handled with expert care by Greg, my salesman. He really knows his stuff! He asked me just a few short questions to get an idea of what I was looking for and I fell in love with the first rv he showed me. We looked at a couple of other rv's just to make sure, but that was the one! I've bought plenty of vehicles, but never an rv, and I had about fifty different questions for Jeff, the service manager, when he was delivering my rv! He was fantastic! He answered every single question I had, even the ones that I didn't think to ask until after I'd left the dealership!!! He was quick to return my call too!!!! I wasn't expecting him to get back to me in less than five minutes, and even called me the next day to make sure that I knew exactly how everything worked and seeing if I had any other questions for him!  I've never had a service department treat me so well! The only downside was the selection of inventory in the parts store. It was kinda small and they didn't have everything I needed on hand for my new rv. Overall though it was a fantastic experience!!! If you're in the market for an rv, it's worth the drive out to Rockwall to check them out because they're amazing!!!!

The 30.06 & 30.07 signs posted at the front door stopped me from doing business with you.  I choose to never go anywhere where I cannot protect my family & myself, including those with the 51% signs.  The other places have armed police/guards present.  I WILL spent my 30,000.00 with your competitor.

06 and 30.07 signs posted, talk about not knowing your customer base. They had the unit I was looking to buy sitting on the lot but I turned right around at the door and left. If they don't want me in their business then they don't get my business. I'll take my 43k down the road to somewhere that realizes they're in Texas and doesn't discriminate against licensed, law abiding citizens.
