The final guy was really rude and gouging for money. The initial guy that greeted us outside was what made the experience so great. Great personality, super friendly without being fake, and up front with us with no lies. He told us what he thought was best, and it was! I think his name was Chris Shelton. He was great. A great experience after we went through four bad car salesman, he was the best. Literally feel like we made friends with our salesman over a car

Had an amazing experience I love that everyone in the building treats you like a friend/family member. Also huge thanks to Kevin! Great guy and helped me get a great first car! He did everything he could/needed to help in anyway possible and I have respect for that. So 5/5 experience and Customer service, would hands down recommend to anyone!

This is an ABSOLUTELY amazing facility. From the complimentary premium refreshments to the service team. They kept me well informed of what  was getting done to my car and prepared me for future services. I did some shopping around online and found that Fenton had The MOST competitive pricing of ANY dealership in The surrounding areas. It's a one stop shop and as far as dealerships go  this is my last stop. I have FINALLY found a automotive home for me and my 370z! Until you experience Fenton Nissan of Rockwall you won't TRUELY know what NISSAN is all about! 10 STAR SERVICE! THANK Y'ALL!!!

I’ve bought several cars from various dealerships, but our recent purchase from Fenton Nissan was the first time I thought I would want to buy a car from there again. Brad was extremely helpful and great to work with. He even talked with and entertained our kids while we got their car seats installed in the new (to us!) car. I truly would shop here again.

I honestly had a very easy and great experience at Fenton Nissan. Craig Lawrence was my salesperson and he treated me with respect and got straight to the point. He understood that I was more interested in getting the best value for my money rather than being pulled around with the flashiness of the car. I will definitely sending business his way.
