I want to thank everyone in Kia for helping with my new 2018 Kia optima!  Angela, James and also Nathan Knapp did an amazing job. They took their time to help me and made sure I was beyond happy with my car. Angela was just perfect, she explained everything and helped me set up my car and she went through every detail. Also thanks to the men who detailed my car, they did wonderful! If I could rate Kia with more stars I would! I highly recommend them and if so go to Angela! Thank you Kia!!

Austin was wonderful! He was so patient and helpful with my daughter and I as we purchased her first car. Austin and the team at Southwest Kia Rockwall worked together to make our car-buying experience seamless. This is our second car purchase at this dealership and I appreciate Austin and  the team there making it such a pleasurable experience. Thank you so much!

Went here December 2017. Looked at a car that I saw online. The car was incorrectly described on the website (typical for dealerships). I was still interested in the car but they wouldn’t lower the price at all for the bait and switch routine. I left and bought a nice car at Drivers Select. I’ll never go to another scam dealer like this place.

I absolutely love coming here. Mauricio is the guy to see. He has worked with me for several years. When we come here it feels as if you are family. I have tried other Kia locations, but Southwest Kia of Rockwall will be forever my favorite. I will drive miles just to come here for all the great service you will recieve. Thank you Mauricio for talking me into my Sorento.

I drove an hour to this dealership as a repeat customer.  I was initially looking at a used vehicle, but ended up buying a new Kia.  I had two teenage boys with me, and Austin went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable.  That brand of customer service is exactly why I made the drive, and will continue to do so for future purchases.  The entire staff was friendly and welcoming.  I will definitely recommend Southwest Kia of Rockwall, and Austin Orthman to my friends and family.
