Had an amazing experience at this location. Took advantage of a President’s Day Sale to save 50% on a new Queen mattress. It is wonderful, absolutely what I’ve been missing. Also got a great deal on the style, color, material of sofa with chaise lounger. Love it!!! I received free delivery, which was on time and friendly. Truly a great experience, this is my furniture store!

Our experience with Ashley from shopping to delivery was very good. We were looking for a new gas range and walked into the store back towards the appliances where we met our salesman, James. He was very helpful in asking questions to help him understand our needs so he could show us the best candidates. James was very courteous, professional and knew his products. The delivery crew (Kevin and another strapping gentleman whose name I did not catch) just dropped off the new range and were very professional and pleasant as well as they hauled out our old range and brought in the new one. Kevin did notice some scratches on the stainless steel that had occurred during shipping and took photos. He logged it and made a call to customer service to order a replacement panel. Bummer that it arrived with the scratches, but I was very pleased with how it is being handled so far. I would recommend looking James up if you're in the market for appliances in the Madison WI area!

They were unable to deliver on the dining room set we ordered online and waited 10 weeks to have delivered. Their customer service and communication was extremely poor. They offered no explanation for their inability to fill the order. At least we were able to get our money back without too much hassle. UPDATE: I responded to the e-mail address provided in the response posted here and got no reply. Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Needed to get appliances for a new build and my builder, Bill Weber, suggested I go to Furniture & ApplianceMart. Worked with Austin who offered great customer service and incredible information and perspective. Appreciated how responsive he was to follow up with answers and to the email questions I had. Great place...Great Experience...Would highly recommend!!

We needed to buy some furniture, and the only time we could make it was after a long rough day. So my husband and I weren't dressed to the nines to go buy furniture, and it took about 15 minutes for someone to even approach us. Even then she didn't follow up and we spent another 45 minutes aimlessly wandering because we had no idea where to start. Finally we found a set we wanted in our price range and waited another 5 minutes for someone to see us standing by the furniture we wanted. A kind older man helped us and got us all set up for our couch, loves seat, table set, and pillows. Just goes to show you shouldn't judge a customer based on appearance. As for delivery we got the pillows a few days after we placed the order. The tables and couch a week after, but it took until 2 weeks after that to get the love seat. So if you aren't in a time crunch to have furniture then it shouldn't be an issue. As for customer service we won't ever be coming here again. Rude staff who didn't offer any help to find what we were looking for.
